About UsMagic Woods Pony Parties
Magic Woods Pony Parties was designed to be more than just a regular business. It was created to give everybody the possibility to experience the magic of the human-horse bond. We want to see the smile on children’s and adult’s faces when they connect to these majestic animals. That’s what is pushing us to do the best possible job when organizing your chosen adventure.
Our ponies are healthy, gentle, and very well trained. We have a variety of different ponies and horses that you can choose from. They are all perfect for rides, parties, special events and photo shoots.
We are located close to the Town of Catawba and I-40, less than 1 hour north of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Our mission is simple: make every event that we attend special and magical for our client, and memorable for their guests.
Founder and owner
Born in Austria I moved to this beautiful country in 2017. I am a proud mother of three, veterinarian, teacher, nature lover, and lifelong horse rider. Loving children and animals, I managed to combine both passions in creating Magic Woods Pony Parties. Today my biggest goal is to connect people with horses, and bring joy to as many lives as possible by doing so.
Texas is a Hanovarian, born in Germany in 2009, came to the United States with us in 2017. He is a 16 hands high beauty, very sweet and the most patient horse I have ever known.
She is a Spotted Saddle horse, born in 2010. Poor Dallas lost sight in one eye a couple of years ago, but that does not stop her from any adventure. She is 15 hands high and loves to be brushed and taken care of.
She is a Spotted Saddle horse/Quarter horse mix and was born 2016. She is super smart, and always willing to learn new tricks. Like Dallas she measures 15 hands. There are not a lot of things Abi, as we call her, is afraid of, and she is therefore a great pony to join even large and loud events.
Mister Higgins is our smallest and oldest four-legged member. He is 10 hands high and was a very successful show pony. He has an amazing personality and I love him to the moon and back.
This is the name of our very special accessory: our little donkey. He was born 2019 and is not trained yet to be handled by guests. But school will start soon and we hope to integrate him to our current team latest 2023.
